Country Garden’s Home Care for the Elderly, is owned and operated by Cecilia
and Nestor Demonteverde. With over 10 years of caring experience with the
elderly, Country Garden’s Home Care for the Elderly is dedicated to
providing a safe and home-like atmosphere, and provides all standard 24 hour
care services, including medication management, and night time assistance.
Private and semi-private rooms are available in a clean and comfortable
atmosphere. This home also takes wheel chair and non-ambulatory clients.
Dementia care provided, as well as diabetic diets and incontinent care. We
have barbeques, and we are close to shopping and parks. Daily range of
motion exercises provided. Individual activities provided. Birthday
celebrations and family visits are encouraged. Price $3800 and up, depending
