This clean, quiet care home has
been in business since 1997. Managed by Arlin Roldan Dequinia, Administrator.
Rose Arbor is dedicated to providing a safe and home-like atmosphere. Rose
Arbor provides all standard 24 hour care services, medication management,
and night time assistance. Private and semi-private rooms are available in
a clean and comfortable atmosphere. This home also takes non-ambulatory and
wheel chair clients. Dementia clients and Alzheimer’s care provided, as well
as diabetic diets and incontinent care. We have barbeques, and we are close
to shopping and parks. Daily range of motion exercises provided.
Individual activities provided. Birthday celebrations and family visits are

My mother Edith Johnson moved into Rose Arbor Rose
November, 2004. At the time, she needed to move from a skilled nursing
facility where she had been recovering from hip surgery. I looked at two
residential care homes and San Jose and wasn’t happy with either of them.
When I inspected Rose Arbor, I was impressed. The facility and the rooms
were spotless and didn’t smell of urine like the others did. The staff was
happy and friendly.
