We are care home experts because Marie and I opened Pearl Garden Elderly Care 6 bed RCFE (Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly) to take care of Pearl Brown, my mother. She passed away before Pearl Garden was completed and licensed. We then took care of Marie’s mother for another 5 years after our home was licensed as an RCFE.
